Kenn Hucks
Senior Pastor
Pastor Kenn has served as Senior Pastor since 2007. This is his second time with us having previously served from 1994-2002. Kenn grew up in rural Conway, SC and graduated from Conway High 1977, the University of South Carolina 1984 and Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary 1988. Since 1982 he has been following the call of God upon his life.

Matt Kennedy
Student Pastor
Matt joined our staff in 2016. Matt grew up in North Wilkesboro, NC. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2012, and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in 2015. He loves sports, and is probably the biggest Green Bay Packers fan in NC.

Ginger Owens
Ministry Assistant
Ginger Owens has been a member of Sardis since 1997. She joined our staff in January 2013. She is married to Vinnie and they have two children, Patrick and Lilly. Ginger loves Jesus, her guy, her kids and books!

Wendy Byrne
Ministry Assistant
Wendy joined our staff in July 2016. She is married to Kevin Byrne and they have 3 amazing children. Their family has been members at Sardis since 2002. Wendy loves singing in the choir and loves to spend her free time with her family and friends.

Amy Slusarski
Facilities Manager
Amy became a member of Sardis in 2006 and joined our staff in 2010. She has three daughters: Kira, Lilly and Sheila.
